How It Started

I've been doing construction since high school. Learned the trade by doing it—framing, finishing, the whole process. After years of working for other people, seeing how jobs got done and how they got done wrong, I decided to start MSW ten years ago. The idea was simple: run the kind of company I'd want to hire.

Those first years were about proving we could deliver. We took on school renovations, fire station builds, custom homes from the ground up. We did additions and decks. Each project taught us something. We learned that communication matters more than speed. That showing up when you say you will matters more than promising the moon.
